And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people

The reason why I am weak when facing time of temptation is because I am not being powerful enough. Forgive me Lord for those times that I just spare time instead of communication with. This verse reminded me and opened my eyes on what I have been missing for. Help me Lord and continue to teach me on how to healthy and consistent prayer life.
