The Alapad Hills and Rock Formation offer great scenery of the curvy hill while the rock formation will amaze the tourists. Before reaching the destination one will totally enjoy the most scenic road in Batan Island which is the Imnajbu Road Cliffs.
“BLOW UR HORN” signs that are carved from cliffs and boulders to make sure that road signs remain in service in the strongest typhoons and the most ferocious winds which reign most of the year. Roads in Batanes are characterized by many sharp curves therefore blowing of horn is encouraged in Batanes.
This signage were built as early as the American period using already the UR as a shortcut for ‘your’ long before cellphone text shortcuts were popularized.
