Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 large cloves garlic minced
- 2 pics tomatoes minced
- 1 (184g) can Century tuna chunck in vegetable oil, drained
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 250ml Nestle all purpose cream
- 200g sweetcorn removed the cob
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 300g uncooked pasta (I used spaghetti)
- Cheese
How to cook?
- Boil a salted pot of water for your pasta and cook it al dente according to package directions. Once cooked drain the pasta and set-aside. Prep your other ingredients while it cooks.
- When the pasta is close to being ready, add the olove oil to a small pan over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add the tomatoes and garlic. cook it for 30 seconds.
- Stir in the tuna and lemon juice. Let it heat through.
- Add the sweetcorn
- Pour the Nestle all purpose cream the it simmer for 2 mins.
- Add the cooked pasta. Mix it well.
- Serve with cheese on top.
