Ingredients:
3 cups coconut waterUnflavored Gelatin PowderSugar (Optional)
1 can (227g) Lychee in Syrup, drained.
Grated fresh young coconut
1 (250ml) nestle all purpose cream
¼ cup sweetened condensed milk
Vanilla ice cream, to top
Procedure :
- Dissolve the unflavored gelatin powder in coconut water.
- Bring to a simmer for about 3-4 minutes until gelatin powder has completely dissolved.
- Add the milk and sugar keep mixing your mixture until everything is dissolved.
- Place the mixture is a container
- Let it cool down then let it chill in the refregerator until it gets firmed.
- Cut the gelatin into cubes
- In a dish add the grated buko meat.
- Add the milk and All purpose cream
- Add he lychee and gelatin
- Mix well
- Chill before serving and top with vanilla ice cream.
