Buko-Lychee Salad


Ingredients:

3 cups coconut waterUnflavored Gelatin Powder
Sugar (Optional)
1 can (227g) Lychee in Syrup, drained.
Grated fresh young coconut
1 (250ml) nestle all purpose cream
¼ cup sweetened condensed milk
Vanilla ice cream, to top


Procedure :

Cook the gelatin
  1. Dissolve the unflavored gelatin powder in coconut water.
  2. Bring to a simmer for about 3-4 minutes until gelatin powder has completely dissolved.
  3. Add the milk and sugar keep mixing your mixture until everything is dissolved.
  4. Place the mixture is a container
  5. Let it cool down then let it chill in the refregerator until it gets firmed.
  6. Cut the gelatin into cubes
Mix all other ingredients
  1. In a dish add the grated buko meat.
  2. Add the milk and All purpose cream
  3. Add he lychee and gelatin
  4. Mix well
  5. Chill before serving and top with vanilla ice cream.
  6. Enjoy
