Fusilli Spaghetti



Ingredients

  • 500g fusilli pasta
  • 500g ground pork
  • 1 pcs red bell pepper
  • 1 pcs green bell pepper
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
  • 4 pcs red hotdogs, sliced
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • Salt and Peper to taste
  • Parmesan Cheese, grated

How to Cook?

  1. Cook the  fusilli pasta based on package instructions
  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Cook red onion, until translucent.
  3. Add the garlic until the aroma comes out.
  4. Add the pork and cook until well browned.
  5. Add tomato paste, keep stirring and let it cook for about 5 mins.
  6. Pour tomato sauce and Pineapple juice.
  7. Add hotdogs then allow the mixture to simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  8. Add a tablespoon of parmesan cheese the ddd the red and green bell pepper.
  9. Season it with salt and ground pepper to taste. let it simmer for 5 more minutes or until you get the thickness of the sauce that your desire and it's ready to be served.

Put the cooked pasta on your serving plate.
Pour the sauce on top of the pasta.
Top with parmesan grated cheese.
